10-Year-Old Girl Hurt after Car Crashes into Home
A vehicle crashed into the garage of a home in Modesto on Saturday, leaving a 10-year-old girl injured.It was around 1:30 in the afternoon when an elderly woman crashed through the garage and ended up in the girl’s bedroom.The girl, ID’d as Samantha Perez, was sitting in her room at the time. She was transported to a hospital then airlifted to Valley Children’s Hospital in Madera.Reports included that the driver had a medical emergency which led to the accident.The incident occurred on February 25th along Sharon Way and Prescott Road.An active investigation remains underway.
