‍Mr. Nalbantian earned his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University, Northridge, where he built a strong foundation in analytical reasoning, public policy, and legal theory. Motivated by a longstanding passion for advocacy, he went on to obtain his Juris Doctor from the University of La Verne College of Law. During law school, he distinguished himself through rigorous coursework as well as hands-on training that allowed him to refine his research, writing, and litigation skills.

Mr. Nalbantian began his legal career as a law clerk, gaining extensive experience in both pre-litigation and litigation matters. He handled a wide array of personal injury and property damage claims, supporting attorneys with legal research, drafting pleadings, preparing discovery, and assisting with trial preparation. This formative experience exposed him to complex cases early on and shaped his strategic, detail-oriented approach to client representation.

After passing the California Bar Exam, Mr. Nalbantian joined Allstate Insurance Company as a trial attorney. In that role, he managed a substantial caseload involving automobile liability, bodily injury disputes, and insurance coverage matters. He conducted numerous depositions, mediations, hearings, and settlement negotiations, gaining invaluable insight into the defense strategies used by major insurance carriers. His time at Allstate equipped him with a deep understanding of how insurers evaluate claims, assess exposure, and work to limit payouts.

Today, Mr. Nalbantian serves as an attorney at Avian Law Group, where he applies his unique defense-side background to advocate for injured clients across California. His experience working within the insurance industry allows him to anticipate and counter the tactics used by adjusters and defense counsel, positioning his clients for stronger results. He is dedicated to providing compassionate guidance, clear communication, and aggressive representation at every stage of the claims process.
