Ana Munguia brings over 15 years of customer service experience to her role as a Case Manager Assistant at Avian Law Group. Her professional background spans education, sales, and entrepreneurship, all driven by a strong passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service.
Ana began her legal career approximately two years ago when she was given the opportunity to work with a criminal defense attorney, despite having no prior experience in the legal field. Through hands-on training and dedication, she quickly developed strong administrative and legal support skills. In this role, she assisted with client intakes for over 300 clients, reviewed discovery materials to help gather and organize evidence, and worked closely with attorneys to support courtroom preparation. She also communicated directly with clients, ensuring each individual received clear guidance, compassion, and outstanding customer service throughout their case.
In addition to criminal defense work, Ana gained valuable experience assisting with immigration matters, an area she found especially meaningful given the current immigration climate.
Ana thrives both as a team player and as an independent contributor. She is a proud mother of two, and her faith and family are central to her life. She is excited to be part of the Avian Law Group team and looks forward to contributing to the firm’s continued growth and success.
