Katherine plays a fundamental role in daily operations by managing trust accounts, handling invoices, and overseeing accounts receivable. She is responsible for the vital task of disbursing settlements to clients and providers to ensure that the financial resolution of every case is executed smoothly. Her expertise keeps the firm’s books in perfect order and provides a stable foundation for the entire legal team.
Beyond general accounting, Katherine also serves as a strategic bridge to the legal staff by assisting the negotiations team with demands. She provides the essential financial data necessary to advocate effectively for our clients.
Katherine is defined by her ability to maintain composure and organization in high pressure environments. Prior to joining the legal field, she served as a Shift Supervisor where she mastered the art of coordinating a team to work in perfect sync while managing complex daily operational tasks. She applies these same time management skills today in the fast-paced world of legal accounting.
She is currently completing her bachelor’s degree in accounting at Western Governors University. Driven by a commitment to the highest standards of her profession, Katherine intends to pursue her CPA licensure to further her expertise and contribution to the firm.
Outside of the office, Katherine is a creative spirit with a passion for music production and playing electric guitar. She finds balance by spending quality time with her family, friends, and her beloved cats.
