Born in Tucson and raised in Nogales, Arizona, Mr. Fernandez brings a deep connection to his community and a lifelong commitment to advocating for those in need.
Mr. Fernandez began his career as a paralegal, gaining hands-on experience in multiple areas of law, including bankruptcy, social security disability, workers’ compensation, immigration, contracts, and corporate compliance. This foundation provided him with a broad legal perspective before he focused his practice on personal injury law.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Fernandez has successfully represented clients in a wide range of cases, including but not limited to, motor vehicle accidents, pedestrian accidents, slip-and-fall incidents, premises liability claims, wrongful death cases, and dog bite injuries. His client-focused approach has helped thousands of individuals across Arizona rebuild their lives after serious injury.
