Jeff Lynch is the Trial Attorney of Avian Law Group’s Personal Injury Department in Phoenix, Arizona. Drawing from a rare combination of legal and financial expertise, Jeff brings over two decades of experience helping families, individuals, and business owners protect what matters most — their health, their assets, and their future.
Before practicing law, Jeff built a successful career in the life insurance and financial planning industry, working closely with farmers, ranchers, and small-business owners across Arizona. His early work centered on helping clients develop long-term estate and financial plans that provided both peace of mind and generational stability. During this time, he discovered how the intersection of law and insurance could be used to secure lasting protection for families — an insight that ultimately led him to pursue his lifelong goal of becoming an attorney.
After earning his Juris Doctor from the Phoenix School of Law and passing the Arizona Bar in 2015, Jeff focused his legal practice on estate planning, asset protection, and probate law. He quickly gained a reputation for his meticulous preparation, transparent communication, and ability to explain complex legal processes in ways clients could easily understand. His work has included creating living trusts and special-needs trusts, handling guardianships and conservatorships, and representing clients through probate and asset-transfer matters.
At Avian Law Group, Jeff applies that same client-centered philosophy to personal injury law. He leads the Phoenix office’s personal injury team, overseeing every aspect of case strategy — from investigation and negotiation to litigation and trial preparation. His unique background in both law and insurance allows him to identify coverage issues, evaluate policy nuances, and anticipate defense tactics with precision. Jeff’s mission is simple: to ensure every client who has suffered harm is fully compensated and protected against future uncertainty.
