Ximena Lizárraga is a dedicated and compassionate Case Manager Assistant with a strong foundation in law, client advocacy, and community support. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Universidad Iberoamericana Campus Tijuana and is both an American and Mexican citizen, bringing a unique bicultural perspective to her work.
In her current role at Avian Law Group, Ximena assists in managing client cases with professionalism and empathy, supporting attorneys through legal research, documentation, and client communications. She is instrumental in coordinating case files, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring clients receive timely updates and support throughout the legal process. Her attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities help maintain efficiency and client satisfaction within the firm.
Prior to joining Avian Law Group, Ximena served as a Case Manager at Casa Familiar, where she worked within the Community Assessment Team to provide family-centered case management services for youth and families. Her responsibilities included conducting trauma-informed assessments, facilitating group sessions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure families received appropriate resources and guidance.
Ximena’s professional background also includes experience as a Legal Assistant at the Law Office of Carolyn Brock, where she supported estate planning, probate, and trust administration, as well as a Legal Intern at Grupo Uno Abogados in Mexico, where she gained hands-on experience in civil, criminal, corporate, and constitutional law.
Fluent in both Spanish and English, Ximena is known for her proactive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she serves.
