Before joining Avian Law Group, Jacky developed a strong background in client relations and quality management at National General Insurance, where she earned a promotion to Quality Assurance Representative — reflecting her leadership, attention to detail, and ability to maintain high standards of service. Her professional journey began in the aviation industry as a Flight Attendant, where she learned to thrive in fast-paced environments while providing outstanding customer care under pressure.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Jacky is an effective communicator who takes pride in building trust with clients and supporting the case management team in delivering excellent results. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and caring for animals, values that reflect the compassion, dedication, and balance she brings to both her personal and professional life.
