Jose Cisneros Killed in Scooter Crash

Big Rig Hits & Kills Scooter Rider in Otay Mesa

43-year-old Jose Cisneros was killed while riding a scooter in Otay Mesa on Sunday evening.

It was just minutes after 8 p.m. when a big rig truck ran the Chula Vista man over on La Media Road.

The incident took place on February 19th.

It is unclear at this time what led up to the accident.

Cisneros suffered skull and rib fractures and sadly died at the scene.

An active investigation remains underway.
