Hrag Jansezian is the Negotiations Assistant to Melissa Avakian, where he plays a vital role in supporting settlement discussions and coordinating with doctors, medical providers, and clients. In this position, he assists in preparing and organizing case materials, engages in direct communication with providers, and helps facilitate effective resolutions that serve the best interests of all parties involved.
Hrag is known as a highly dependable and dedicated assistant who takes on a wide range of responsibilities with both precision and heart. Whether he’s managing key administrative tasks, supporting negotiations, or assisting clients directly, he approaches each duty with professionalism, care, and a strong sense of purpose.
He recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from Cal Poly Pomona with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems. His academic background has given him a strong foundation in technology and organization, which he applies daily in the fast-paced and detail-oriented world of legal negotiations.
Driven by a commitment to excellence, Hrag takes pride in working hard, learning continuously, and performing each task to the best of his ability. Outside of work, he enjoys playing soccer and values spending quality time with his family and friends.
