Upon arrival, they discovered the semi-truck driver unconscious inside the vehicle. The driver of the Honda Civic reportedly sustained only minor injuries, though the specifics of their condition have not been disclosed.Due to the severity of the incident and the need for immediate medical intervention, authorities shut down multiple lanes of Highway 99 to allow an emergency medical helicopter to land.
