Police are working to determine liability for a deadly multi-vehicle crash that killed Richard Hoskins.
The tragic accident took place in Torrance on Saturday, March 11th.
It was around 11 p.m. when the crash took place at the intersection of Crenshaw Boulevard and 190th Street.
Sadly, the 64-year-old man died as a result.
