Stanislaus County Accident Results in Injuries to Motorcyclist
A motorcyclist was injured Tuesday evening following a collision with a vehicle in Stanislaus County, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident occurred at approximately 7:15 p.m. on April 29 at the intersection of Morgan Road and Keyes Road. Initial reports indicate that a vehicle struck a motorcycle and subsequently veered off the roadway, crashing into a nearby orchard.
Emergency personnel responded to the scene and provided aid to the injured motorcyclist, who was transported to a local hospital for treatment. The extent and nature of the injuries have not been released at this time.
Following the crash, authorities shut down a section of Keyes Road to allow for investigation and cleanup, causing temporary traffic disruptions in the area. CHP officers remained on scene for several hours collecting evidence and interviewing witnesses.
