38-year-old Joseph Michael Jorge Jacoby was killed in a pedestrian accident in San Diego on February 14th.
The man was struck just minutes before 7 in the evening in the Mission Valley area.
A vehicle hit Jacoby in the 4800 block of Pacific Highway for unknown reasons.
Sadly, the victim died despite life-saving measures.
The involved driver was the one who called for help.
An active investigation remains underway.
