68-year-old Francisco Javier Acosta, of Lake Havasu, sadly fell victim to a deadly pedestrian accident in Needles, California.
The incident took place on the 40 Freeway on Sunday, February 19th.
At just about 7:42 in the evening, a Toyota Camry struck Acosta within the eastbound lanes.
Despite life-saving measures, the man was declared dead at the scene shortly after the arrival of paramedics.
CHP officials are working to determine liability for the accident.
