Fatal Pedestrian Collision in Downtown San Rafael

Justin Graham, officers nearby attempted lifesaving measures, but the pedestrian sadly died at the scene. The driver remained, cooperated with authorities, and traffic in the area was restricted during the investigation. Police reopened the streets at approximately 1:30 p.m. The name of the pedestrian has not yet been released as the investigation continues.
