Sevan Jansezian

Sevan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Before joining Avian Law Group, she spent seven years in the utility industry, where she worked in billing, payroll, and employee training and development. Prior to moving into a formal Human Resources role, she gained valuable experience across multiple departments, giving her a broad understanding of business operations and employee relations. Throughout her career, Sevan has been involved in a wide range of initiatives, including recruitment fairs, onboarding support, contract bid preparation, union and non-union payroll administration, and the development and facilitation of employee training programs focused on personal and professional growth. Sevan is passionate about creating a positive and seamless employee experience. She enjoys being a reliable resource for employees and helping ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly. Always willing to lend a hand, she takes pride in supporting others and contributing to their success.
