Makaila Leahey

Makaila Leahey serves as the Executive Assistant to Michael, Founder and Lead Attorney at Avian Law Group, providing high-level administrative and operational support to help ensure the firm runs efficiently. She works closely with leadership to coordinate daily operations, manage executive priorities, and facilitate seamless communication across the firm.

Prior to joining Avian Law Group, Makaila spent four years at a medical malpractice law firm, where she developed a strong foundation in the legal field and client service. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Finance with a minor in Marketing from California State University, Long Beach. Known for her professionalism, organization, and attention to detail, Makaila is dedicated to supporting the firm's mission and helping provide an exceptional experience for every client.
