Joe Beltran

Joe Beltran is an experienced customer service and sales professional with more than 15 years of expertise in client relations, customer satisfaction, and team leadership. He spent eight years as a Sales Supervisor in the contact center of a Canadian bank and previously worked with Law At Your Side, a Los Angeles-based law firm, where he gained valuable experience assisting clients and supporting them through the legal intake process.

As an Intake Representative, Joe brings a compassionate, customer-first approach to every interaction. His strong communication skills, attention to detail, and passion for helping others allow him to make prospective clients feel heard, supported, and confident from their very first call.

Outside of work, Joe enjoys mixing music on his turntables, combining his creativity with his lifelong love of music.
