Multiple vehicles were involved in a possible head-on crash in Phelan Tuesday morning.
The crash occurred just minutes after 8 a.m. on March 21st on Highway 138.
Per CHP, several vehicles collided, causing a woman to become trapped inside of a truck and left a man unresponsive in the roadway.
Sadly, one unidentified person was killed as a result.
Authorities are working to determine liability for the accident.
