A semi-truck collided with a Toyota Tacoma Sunday afternoon, resulting in the death of Steven Tadeo.
Per reports, the semi-truck made a left-turn across Highway 99, causing a collision with the Toyota.
As a result, the Toyota became lodged beneath the semi-truck. Unfortunately, Tadeo, the driver of the Toyota, died at the scene.
The truck driver stayed at the scene to cooperate with authorities.
Occupants of passenger vehicles are more likely to be seriously injured after colliding with trucks due to the difference in weight between the vehicles.
These types of accidents are often caused by the braking capability of trucks.
