A pickup truck and motorcycle collided in Menifee on Saturday afternoon, sadly, resulting the death of the motorcyclist.
At about 4:17 p.m., the collision occurred at Bundy Canyon and Waldon Road.
Both vehicles were traveling west when the accident occurred.
It was reported that the truck was making a left-turn when the motorcyclist tried to pass it on its left side.
As a result, the two vehicles collided, causing the rider to be ejected.
Unfortunately, Canon Squires, 55, was declared dead at 4:29 p.m.
The driver of the Ford was fully cooperative with authorities.
