One person died and another was injured in an accident that took place in Calabasas Monday night.
It was just minutes after 9 p.m. when multiple vehicles collided on the 101 Freeway.
According to CHP, one vehicle landed on its roof after jumping the center divider following impact.
Two people had to be freed from the wreckage.
Unfortunately, an unidentified person died as a result and another suffered minor injuries.
Both sides of the freeway were shut down for a period of time after the crash.
The accident remains under investigation.
