Police were chasing a stolen vehicle in Rodeo, California Thursday night which resulted in one person being killed.
The SUV which was being chased collided with another vehicle at the intersection of 4th Street and Parker Avenue.
One occupant of the other vehicle unfortunately died.
Police arrested the driver of the stolen vehicle.
An active investigation remains underway.
