19-Year-Old Man Killed in Lancaster Crash

In a tragic car accident early Thursday morning, 19-year-old Jorge Pena lost his life on Avenue J at 40th Street West in Lancaster. The accident involved three vehicles and occurred around 12:30 a.m. on April 27th.
