One person was killed in head-on collision in Jamestown on Thursday morning.
It was at about 9:13 a.m. when the accident occurred on Highway 108.
CHP is still working to determine fault for the crash.
No names have been disclosed at this time.
Further details will be provided once an investigation is concluded.
While head-on collisions account for just 2% of all motor-vehicle accidents, they make up 10% of all fatal accidents.
These types of crashes are most common on two-lane highways and more than half result in a fatality.
