Avian Law Group reports that a 33-year-old pedestrian, Ignacio Alejandro Razo, was killed in a tragic accident on May 29, 2023, on Kern County’s Highway 119. Mr. Razo, a resident of Bakersfield, was identified by the coroner’s office as the victim of the fatal crash.
