A crash involving a pickup truck left one man dead on Wednesday morning, February 8th.
It was around 1 in the morning when the accident occurred on Highway 70 in Yuba County.
The truck overturned as a result, resulting in the death of the unidentified man.
There was also another man transported to a hospital with minor injuries.
CHP believes alcohol and drugs factored into the crash as fentanyl and alcohol were discovered inside and nearby.
An active investigation remains underway.
