An impaired driver was killed in a crash in Yuba City last Thursday night and another driver was injured.
Efren Huerta, 38, was the operator of a big rig that was injured after a Dodge Caravan crashed into his truck.
The driver of the Dodge veered into opposing traffic on Highway 99, causing the fatal crash.
It was around 11 p.m. when the wreck occurred.
The 39-year-old driver of the Dodge was drunk at the time of the accident and sadly died as a result.
Huerta also complained of pain.
