One person was killed and another injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Thursday in Bakersfield.
Per CHP, the accident took place around 3:45 p.m. on Highway 58.
Three semi-trucks were involved in the crash.
The wreck occurred in the westbound lanes and one vehicle caught fire as a result.
Sadly, one person died. Their name is being withheld currently.
Another person suffered serious injuries.
