A drunk driver hit and killed a 62-year-old man who was pushing a disabled vehicle wit his 19-year-old daughter in Long Beach on New Year’s Eve.
It was within the 300 block of Market Street where the incident took place on December 31st.
David Grace, 33, was speeding in a Lexus when he struck the father and daughter around 5:22 p.m.
Sadly, the father died as a result, No injuries were reported from the daughter.
Following that crash, Grace also crashed into a parked van and Nissan truck.
He was arrested on vehicular manslaughter charges and DUI causing injury.
