48-year-old Christian Benton has been ID’d as the victim of a deadly pedestrian accident that occurred in Homeland on February 1st.
The man was struck by a vehicle in the evening just before 6:30.
According to CHP, the incident took place at the intersection of Highway 74 and Steinhoff Avenue.
No information has been provided on the involved driver.
An active investigation remains underway.
