It is with great sadness that we report on another fatal pedestrian accident that occurred on Friday, April 7th.
Chelsey Jacuinde, a 30-year-old resident of Hanford, lost her life when she was struck by a vehicle that fled the scene. The incident took place on 10th Avenue in Hanford, and the driver responsible for the accident has since been arrested by local authorities.
The incident serves as a sobering reminder of just how dangerous the roads can be for pedestrians, particularly when drivers act recklessly or irresponsibly.
At Avian Law Group, we have seen far too many cases like this one, and we know that victims and their families can be left devastated by the consequences of such accidents. In this case, we offer our deepest condolences to the family and friends of Chelsey Jacuinde. We know that nothing can fully ease the pain of such a tragedy, but we hope that they can find some measure of comfort in knowing that justice is being pursued for their loved one.
We also offer our thanks and support to the authorities who acted quickly to track down the suspect and bring him into custody.
Their efforts serve as a testament to the importance of holding accountable those who break the law and cause harm to others. As personal injury attorneys, we are committed to advocating for the rights of those who have been injured or killed in accidents like these.
