28-year-old Alyssa Phelps was killed in a pedestrian accident in Banning on Tuesday evening.
At around 6:20 p.m., Phelps was struck along the eastbound side of the 10 Freeway.
A Honda struck the woman on January 31st.
Sadly, she died despite life-saving efforts.
No information has been reported on the driver.
An active investigation remains underway.
